The Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI) is a public institution under the authority of the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports.
UEFISCDI has a broad experience in managing quantity and quality-related statistical data concerning the Romanian higher education (statistical data on registered students and graduates, teaching staff, financial statistical data, statistical data related to various aspects of academic and administrative management, social services, career guiding and counseling services for students).
 

UEFISCDI carries out studies, statistical analyses and reports concerning various aspects of the higher education system and suggests quality indicators to measure the performance level of the universities’ results. Due to the nature of its mission, UEFISCDI establishes a strong functional relationship with the Romanian universities.
